For the Networking & IT Protection division, our customer, a well-known IT support centre that specialises in communication and data technologies, is searching for seasoned networking architects. The network infrastructure, mainly based on components from Cisco, HP/Aruba and other vendors, comprises a large data network with a focus on Ethernet, the Internet Protocol stack and WLAN protocols.

 Tasks:

 Conception, setup and operation of local network infrastructures (LAN, WLAN) Development and implementation of remote access solutions (Radius, VPN, PAM etc.) Optimization and further development of the LAN/WLAN infrastructure according to the specifications of the BSI IT-Grundschutz Operation and expansion of out-of-band and network management solutions Documentation of the infrastructure Collaboration in projects Coordination and management of external service providers.

 Requirements:

 Completed (technical) university degree in the field of STEM with a focus on information technology or comparable qualification
